Stone scrubber

Stone scrubber

Capacity: 5-500TPH
Feeding Size: 5-500TPH
Discharging Size: 50-300mm
Handling Materials: Such as placer gold/tin ores, various metallic/non-metallic minerals, sand and gravel aggregates, and construction waste.

Stone scrubber is a heavy-duty washing equipment used to remove stubborn mud and impurities from the surfaces of sand, stones, and ores, offering significant performance especially when processing materials with high clay content and high stickiness.

Rugged and durable

Key components utilize wear-resistant materials or liners to extend service life.

Working principle of stone scrubber

  1. Material Lifting and Tumbling: The motor drives the cleaning drum to rotate at low speed, causing intense impact and friction between the materials; this action breaks up and strips away surface mud clumps and impurities.

2. High-Pressure Water Washing and Separation: As the material is repeatedly tumbled, high-pressure water is continuously introduced into the drum. The water flow softens the clay while simultaneously washing away the detached fine sludge, preventing re-adhesion. Cleaned, larger-sized material is discharged from the outlet end, while wastewater containing sludge and fine sand flows out from the opposite end.
