Spiral separator
Capacity: 0.2 -40t/h
Feeding Size: 0.2 -40t/h
Discharging Size: 0.02-0.3mm
Handling Materials: Suitable for sorting gold ore, iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, hematite, monazite, phosphorite, tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum ore, niobium ore, as well as other non-ferrous metals, rare metals, and non-metallic mineral bodies with specific gravity differences.
Spiral separator is a centrifugal flow film that generates a dynamic slurry flow on the inclined surface of the spiral based on the differences in specific gravity, particle size, and form between useful minerals and gangue minerals. In the comprehensive force field of gravity and centrifugal force, different particles are subjected to gravity, hydrodynamic pressure, and friction force to achieve the separation of useful minerals and gangue minerals.
Advantages

High Separation Efficiency
This equipment offers an exceptional enrichment ratio and outstanding recovery rates, ensuring maximum mineral separation and minimal loss of valuable metals during the processing cycle.
02.
Compact and Eco-friendly
Featuring a small footprint and low water consumption, its smart, simple structure saves premium floor space while significantly reducing daily operational costs and environmental impact.
03.
Cost-effective Powerless Operation
Requiring no electrical power to run, this system ensures easy installation and delivers a large processing capacity, making it perfect for remote or infrastructure-limited sites.
04.
User-friendly High Return
It is incredibly easy to operate and maintain, requiring a very small initial investment while guaranteeing a quick return on capital for your mining project.
The working principle of the Spiral Separator
1.Installation:Raise the spiral chute and calibrate the vertical line. Fix it securely in position using an iron frame or wood support.
2.Feeding and adjustment:Use a sand pump to feed the ore slurry into the top two inlets. Add water and adjust the slurry concentration to ensure a proper flow.
3.Separation principle: The slurry swirls naturally from top to bottom, creating centrifugal force. Gravity and centrifugal action separate the ore based on variations in specific gravity, particle size, and shape.
4. Discharge: The concentrate and tailings flow into their respective hoppers, then route through pipelines into sand tanks. Finally, a sand pump discharges the material to complete the process.
