How Does A Dewater screen Work?

  1. Primary Crushing: Raw materials are fed into a jaw crusher for initial crushing.
  2. Secondary and Fine Crushing:Coarse material is conveyed to an impact crusher or cone crusher for further size reduction.
  3. Screening:The crushed material enters a vibrating screen to be sorted into various aggregate sizes.
  4. Recycling and Finished Product: Material meeting size specifications is sent to the finished product stockpile; material that does not meet requirements is returned to the crusher via a return conveyor for re-crushing (closed-loop circuit). If sand production is required, sand-making and washing stages are added.
