Working principle of the Gold Gemini shaking table

Motor driven differential mechanism drives the double bed surfaces to perform asymmetric reciprocating shaking; After the slurry is evenly spread on the inclined bed surface, the mineral particles are loosely layered according to density differences under the action of transverse water flow and bed shaking. Heavy minerals settle at the bottom layer of the bed and move towards the concentrate end with shaking; Light minerals float on the upper layer and flow towards the tailings side with the water flow, ultimately forming clear fan-shaped zones and producing concentrates, middling, and tailings.
