A roll crusher crushes materials (coal, limestone, clay) between two rotating rollers. It produces uniform particle sizes with minimal fines, ideal for primary or secondary crushing. Features include adjustable gap control, low energy consumption, and compact design. Suitable for medium-hard to hard materials, but not for sticky or wet feed.

How Does A Roller Crusher Work
1. Material Feeding: Raw materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed hopper, guided between two parallel rotating rollers.
2. Compression Crushing: s the rollers rotate inward (counter-current), materials are compressed and fractured by high-pressure forces in the nip zone.
3. Size Control: Adjustable roller gap determines output size; particles smaller than the gap fall through, while larger pieces undergo repeated crushing.
4.Discharge: Crushed material exits downward, with optional screens for further grading. Smooth/toothed rollers cater to different material types (coal/rock/ore).
