How Does A Vibrating Feeder Work
1. Material Loading: Bulk goods (0–500 mm) are fed onto the trough, which is mounted on springs or rubber isolators to absorb vibrations.
2. Vibration Generation: An electric motor (700–1,500 RPM) or electromagnetic drive (3,000–6,000 RPM) creates directional oscillations, propelling materials forward in micro-throws.
3. Controlled Flow: Adjusting vibration amplitude (2–10 mm) and frequency regulates feed rate (1–1,000 t/h), while inclined troughs (0°–15°) enhance gravity-assisted movement.
4. Uniform Discharge: Particles exit smoothly without segregation, ensuring consistent supply to crushers or conveyors (±2% flow accuracy).
