Leaching Tanks
Capacity: 5-5000 m³
Feeding Size: 0.01-0.3 mm
Discharging Size: ≤0.1%
Handling Materials: Gold ore, silver ore, copper ore, etc.
Leaching tanks dissolve metals (gold, copper) from 0.01–0.5mm ores using chemicals (cyanide/acid) in 20–45% slurry. With capacities of 5–5,000m³ and 24–72h retention, they achieve 85–95% metal recovery. Ideal for liberated ores but require effluent treatment.
Advantages

01.
High Recovery
Achieves 85-95% metal extraction for liberated ores (Au/Cu) through controlled chemical reactions and optimal slurry mixing.

02.
Scalable Capacity
Modular tanks (5-5,000m³) allow flexible expansion by linking units in series for large-scale operations.

03.
Process Control
Real-time monitoring of pH, Eh, and reagent levels ensures consistent leaching kinetics and minimizes chemical waste.

04.
Material Adaptability
Handles diverse ores (oxide/sulfide) via customized chemistries (cyanide/acid/alkali) and retention times (24-72h).
How Does A Leaching Tanks Work
1. Ore Slurry Preparation: Crushed ore (0.01–0.5mm) is mixed with water to form 20–45% solids slurry, then fed into agitated tanks with reagents.
2. Chemical Reaction: Target metals (Au/Cu) dissolve into solution through oxidation-reduction reactions, while gangue minerals remain solid.
3. Continuous Mixing: Impellers or air spargers maintain uniform suspension, ensuring reagent contact and preventing sedimentation.
4. Product Separation: Pregnant solution (1–10 ppm Au or 1–5 g/L Cu) overflows for recovery (carbon adsorption), while tailings undergo detoxification.
