Gold Concentrator

Gold Concentrator

Capacity: 0.5-150 TPH
Feeding Size: 0.03-6 mm
Discharging Size: ≥95%(>0.03 mm), 60%–80%(0.01–0.03 mm)
Handling Materials: Placer gold/rock gold, platinum group, silver ore, wolframite, cassiterite, niobium-tantalum ore, etc.

Gold concentrator recovers free gold/heavy minerals via centrifugal force (60–200 G), processing 0.5–150 t/h of 0.03–6 mm ore. Achieves 1,000–5,000 x enrichment without chemicals, ideal for placer/hard rock mining. Requires low-clay feeds.

Advantages

01.

High Recovery

Achieves 90-95% gold recovery for >0.03mm particles via enhanced gravity (60-200G), outperforming sluices/jigs in fine gold capture.

02.

No Chemicals

Pure physical separation eliminates cyanide/mercury use, reducing environmental risks in precious metal concentration.

03.

Rapid Upgrading

Produces 1000-5000x enriched concentrate within minutes, enabling quick onsite grade evaluation.

04.

Low Operating Cost

Minimal water (1-3m³/h) and power (5-30kW) needs versus traditional CIP/CIL plants.

How Does A Gold Concentrator Work

1. Feed Injection: Ore slurry (20-40% solids, 0.03-6mm) enters the rotating bowl through a central pipe, distributing evenly along the inclined wall.

2. Centrifugal Stratification: High-speed rotation (60-200G) forces dense minerals (gold) outward, embedding them into the riffled concaves, while lighter gangue flows upward.

3. Fluidized Bed Separation: Counter-pressure water (0.1-0.5MPa) fluidizes the bed, allowing heavy particles to migrate deeper while flushing out lighter materials.

4. Concentrate Discharge: After cycles, rotation stops; pressurized water releases the enriched concentrate (1000-5000x upgrade) through discharge valves for collection.
