Belt Conveyor
Capacity: 10-20000 TPH
Feeding Size: 0-500 mm
Discharging Size: 0-500 mm
Handling Materials: Ore, tailings, coal, aggregate, etc
Belt conveyor moves bulk materials (ores, grains) horizontally or at inclines up to 30°, handling 10–20,000t/h over 1m–50km distances, modular design suits mining/construction.
Advantages

01.
High Efficiency
Transports up to 20,000t/h over 50km distances with minimal energy loss, outperforming trucks in bulk material logistics.

02.
Flexible Layout
Handles horizontal, inclined (≤30°), or curved paths with modular designs, adapting to complex terrain and space limits.

03.
Low Operating Cost
Energy-efficient motors and minimal labor needs reduce expenses by 40-60% versus haulage vehicles for long-term operations.

04.
Material Versatility
Carries ores, grains, packages, or hot/cold materials (-40°C to 150°C) via specialized belt types (rubber/steel mesh).
How Does A Belt Conveyor Work
1. Material Loading: Bulk goods are fed onto the moving belt through hoppers or chutes, with skirting to prevent spillage (capacity: 10–20,000t/h).
2. Belt Traction: Motor-driven pulleys (head/tail) rotate the belt (0.5–5 m/s), supported by idlers that reduce friction and maintain trough shape.
3. Continuous Transport: Materials adhere to the belt via friction, moving horizontally or at inclines (≤30°) over distances of 1m–50km without interruption.
4. Discharge & Return: Loads are ejected at the head pulley; the empty belt loops back underneath via return idlers, completing the cycle.
