Background

Mr. Dave is a Sudanese client, he is a mine owner and has many different mines. He wants a ball mill, its capacity is 50 tons per hour. Because the client has more mines and more projects using ball mills, he hopes that the energy consumption of ball mills will be lower.

Solutions

In order to meet the grinding demand of 50 tons of gold ore per hour, we recommend MQY2736 energy-saving ball mill, which consists of cylinder (with a thickness of 50mm manganese steel lining), end cover (steel casting), main bearing (double row self-aligning roller bearing), gear transmission system (large-module hard-toothed gear), high-voltage starting motor (JR 158-6,380 kW), hydraulic jacking device and intelligent lubrication system. The optimal configuration is: the cylinder speed is 18r/min(75% critical speed), and multi-stage steel ball ratio (φ Φ100mm accounts for 20%, φ Φ80mm accounts for 30%, φ Φ60mm accounts for 50%) is adopted.
