Background

Granite is a widely found natural stone, typically appearing in shades of gray, pink, white, or black with distinctive crystalline patterns. The hardness of granite is relatively high, with Mohs hardness of 6–7, renowned for its exceptional durability and aesthetic appeal, granite holds high utilitarian value and is extensively utilized in construction, monuments, countertops, and paving. It stands as a premium building material for both structural and decorative purposes.

Solutions

Raw granite is continuously and uniformly sent to PE jaw crusher by ZSW vibrating feeder, and the granite material is repeatedly squeezed in the jaw crusher until it is crushed into smaller granite particles. These granite particles are transported by belt conveyor to cone crusher for secondary crushing to form finer granite particles. After that, the finished granite particles are screened by YK vibrating screen, and the unqualified granite will be sent back to the cone crusher to continue crushing, forming a complete closed-circuit circulation system.
