Background
A Tanzanian client, Mr. Ngatia, is engaged in gold mining, he consulted our company for 200tpd gold Ore CIL production Line. The grade of gold ore is 3g/t, and the mine belongs to small and medium-sized mines. Gold in the ore exists in free state or oxide form. Local infrastructure is limited, local environmental protection requirements are strict, and power is limited.
Solutions
processing plant includes a primary jaw crusher (PE-500×750) for reducing ROM ore to ≤100mm, followed by a fine jaw or cone crusher in closed circuit with a vibrating screen to produce ≤12mm feed. The ore is ground in a ball mill (MQG2130) with a spiral classifier or hydrocyclone to achieve 65-75% passing 200 mesh. The slurry is thickened to 40-45% solids in a high-rate thickener (NT-15, Ø15m) and conditioned with lime (pH 10-11) and sodium cyanide (0.03-0.05%). The pulp then flows through 4-6 CIL tanks (XJB-50, 50m³ each) for 24-30 hours of leaching and carbon adsorption (8-15g/L activated carbon). Loaded carbon (2-5kg Au/t) is separated, acid-washed, and processed in a compact elution-electrowinning system to recover gold sludge, which is smelted into gold bars. Tailings are treated with a filter press or tailings pond, with cyanide destruction if required. The plant features complete auxiliary systems including carbon regeneration, reagent dosing, and PLC controls, achieving 85-90% gold recovery for small-scale operations processing oxidized or free-milling ores.

Feedback
Mr. Ngatia's feedback on 200tpd gold Ore CIL production Line: The whole production line is set up reasonably, and the gold recovery rate reaches 91%, with low investment, high return and low energy consumption.
