Background
Bluestone is a very common stone, mostly gray and grayish white. Bluestone has a high use value and is widely used in roads, building materials, buildings and other fields. It is an idealized building material. However, bluestone can be used directly without being mined, and it needs to be crushed to become a sandstone material required by the industry.
Solutions
Raw bluestone is continuously and uniformly sent to PE jaw crusher by ZSW vibrating feeder, and the bluestone material is repeatedly squeezed in the jaw crusher until it is crushed into smaller bluestone particles. These bluestone particles are transported by belt conveyor to PF impact crusher for secondary crushing to form finer bluestone particles. After that, the finished bluestone particles are screened by YZS vibrating screen, and the unqualified bluestone will be sent back to the impact crusher to continue crushing, forming a complete closed-circuit circulation system.
